1. How Are You Cheaper Than a Shop?
Short Answer: We're more efficient.
Long Answer: We were a company dedicated to improving the way car repair works. Part of that process is cutting out all the unnecessary cost associated with traditional shops and giving those savings to customers in the form of lower prices. If you visit our shop you will find it is clean, bright, and open, rather than stuffed full of overpriced machines bought on financing like most shops. That carries over to our well equipped repair vans.
2. What can you do On Site?
Short Answer: 80% of Repairs
Long Answer: We have spent a lot of time and effort on making sure our mobile mechanics are very well equipped and ready to handle most jobs on site. A large number of major repairs still have to come into our shop, but for all regular services, oil changes, brakes, starters, alternators and more we can have one of our mobile mechanics come to you. Mobile car repair also allows us to offer unique services such as no-start diagnostics without a tow.
3. Do I Pay for you to Come Out?
Short Answer: No. It's Included.
Long Answer: We don't charge any extra fee for coming to you. To have one of our mobile mechanics come to you typically starts at $39.99 for the diagnostic, or $29.99 for the on-site oil change. There is no "Service Charge" or anything of that nature. We are very up-front about our pricing and want our customers to feel comfortable in that knowledge. Mobile car repair is all about customer service and that's what we always aim for.
