That means we have become very good at discussing and diagnosign cars over the phone, so we know what parts we have to bring before we leave the shop. It also means we can probably give you a great estimate on a mobile repair or a shop repair before you ever leave your home or office. We will also let you know whether or not we will be able to do the work on site with one of our mobile car repair vans or whether it will have to come in to our shop at 92 Foster St. Peabody for repairs there.
